Overview
Clarity is operated by Nick Langat. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your subscription for any reason, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
14-Day Free Trial
All paid plans (Standard and Premium) include a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment is required to start a trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with Clarity, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. To request a refund, email us at support@useclarity.cc. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. When you cancel:
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Your workspace is downgraded to the Free plan after the billing period ends
- Your data is preserved. Over-limit projects are archived, not deleted
- You can re-subscribe at any time to restore full access
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
